Captured Moments provides appointment-based product photography services in Kuching, including studio sessions, product count and style review, reference and shot list review, sample setup approval, photography production, proof gallery review, and edited file delivery as agreed for each project.
Quotes are based on product count, views, styling, and the number of retouched files requested. Payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, subject to the terms confirmed for the booking.
Any project details, product order, shot list, usage notes, and delivery plan must be confirmed before production begins. The final scope may be adjusted if the products, references, or approval requirements change, and any delivery estimate remains subject to the agreed scope and review process.
All photographs, edits, layouts, and related materials remain the property of Captured Moments or its licensors unless a written license states otherwise. No rights are transferred beyond the agreed image license, and no RAW, rejected, or unedited files are included unless expressly agreed in writing.
